How to Apply (Booking Period & Method)

Please confirm availability before finalizing your desired date.
Reservations must be made by the 15th of the month prior to your desired date — either by visiting us in person or by phone.
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a rental application form. Please return the completed form by fax or email no later than 10 days before your session date. Payment can be made on the day in cash, or by bank transfer after the session (bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer).

On the Day of Use

On weekdays, the facility will be available from 9:00. On weekends and public holidays, it will be available from 16:00, after pipe grooming is complete. Please note that grooming may occasionally run behind schedule; in that case, you will still receive 4 hours of use from the actual start time.
Note: No pipe grooming is included for 3rd Time rental slots.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations received by the 15th of the month prior to the usage date will be accepted. After that date, cancellations cannot be accepted, and the full rental fee will be charged.

Terms of Use

This facility is designed for enjoying winter sports at the Kamui Misaka Ski Indoor Halfpipe. Requests that fall outside this purpose may not be accommodated under the rental program. By booking a rental, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Kamui Co., Ltd. manages and operates the Kamui Misaka Ski Indoor Halfpipe and reserves the right to restrict use in the following cases:
   1. When there is a risk of conduct contrary to public order or decency.
   2. When there is a risk of damage to the facility or its equipment.
   3. When management determines that continued operation is not feasible.
2. In the unlikely event that the halfpipe cannot be maintained or used due to grooming equipment failure, or the facility cannot be used due to natural disaster or other unavoidable circumstances, or if we must cancel your reservation at our discretion, the full rental fee paid will be refunded.
   In such cases, we will work with you to arrange an alternative date of use at no charge.
3. Kamui Co., Ltd. bears no responsibility for any losses incurred by the customer as a result of a facility closure.
4. Please review all required documents carefully and return them by the specified deadline. Reservations may be treated as cancelled if documents are not received in time.
5. Rental fees are as stated in our official price list.
6. Use of the facility for purposes other than those stated is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized use is discovered, use will be immediately suspended.
7. Rental rights for this facility may not be transferred or sublet to any third party.
8. Please vacate the indoor halfpipe by the designated end time. Additional charges will apply for any overtime use.
9. Smoking is prohibited inside the indoor halfpipe facility in accordance with fire regulations. Please use designated smoking areas.
10. Kamui Co., Ltd. accepts no liability for accidents or injuries that occur on the premises. Please take part at your own risk.
11. Please take personal responsibility for all valuables and belongings. Kamui Co., Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any loss or theft.
12. If the customer intentionally or negligently causes damage to the Kamui Misaka Ski facility or any of its equipment or fixtures, the person in charge of the booking shall be held responsible for covering all costs of restoration.
13. In the event of any circumstances not covered by these terms, both parties shall discuss and resolve the matter on a case-by-case basis.
